Mr Buyer has pioneered the fast and efficient way for our contractors (vendors) to get paid because payment flow is critical to the lifeblood of any business. Instead of the commonly mail a check or pay by credit card which can be canceled, deposits delayed for days or weeks and in some cases our system pays directly to your bank account through an ACH. For smaller payments in some cases we’ve also paid vendors through Cash App, Zelle, and other common payment forms. Here is the wording in our contract:
“PROMPT PAYMENT FOR PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: Client Guarantees a Prompt Payment for Completed Performance within One Business Day so long as all of the terms of this agreement have been met. See payment schedule as contained in Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. All payments shall be made upon reaching established Benchmarks and Milestones listed in the payment schedule, Exhibit “A””
For larger jobs we can divide up the project into milestones so you can clearly and easily manage your team.
We have our own team of home inspectors, drone/videographers, photographers that document in a very timely manner the progress of work. This is the best method we find to confirm completion of work/tasks/milestones
Yes! In fact most of our jobs are “labor only” and we cover the cost of the materials.* This allows two things:
*typically you are expected to arrange pickup and delivery of materials to the job site.
We have commercial accounts with all major suppliers from The Home Depot, Lowes, ABC Supply Co, Inc, Builders First Source, Manning Building Supplies, and many more in fact we can even open new accounts with local suppliers, just let us know!
Depending on the job we often offer “Labor Only” Contracts. After doing numerous contracts with all kinds of vendors small and large across the country we’ve found this to be the most streamlined and most reliable agreement to make with our vendors that is mutually beneficial.

Actually no. We look at a combination of several factors–history of work, referrals, reviews, capabilities, scalability for being a long term partner with us, and price. Price is important but everything else is also. Many of our agreed vendors for a job were not the lowest price, but had a good combination of everything else that made it a good fit.

Because of our efficient and streamlined process once we open it up to a handful of vendors on a job we typically get a final answer within about 2 weeks or so of closing them out. We even provide feedback to the ones that didn’t make it so we can have an opportunity to work together on other jobs.
It also allows us an opportunity to understand your team, process, and pricing to suggest other projects to work together on, i.e. commercial, smaller or larger jobs!
